What we offer

Drug and Alcohol Tests
Testing options include: DOT / non-DOT, urine, hair follicle, breath alcohol & rapid in-house screens.
Physical Evaluations
Available evaluations include: re-employment, DOT / CDL, return to work, and general physicals.
Immunizations & Vaccines
We offer immunizations for flu and Hep B, as well as TB Skin, titers, urinalysis and advanced labs
Workers' Compensation
We provide injury treatment, wound repair and on-site X-ray, and we also handle diagnostic referrals and RTW.

Pre-employment physical, injured worker, DOT screen, return-to-work — pick the path and we'll route them to the closest clinic. Your dedicated lead is copied automatically.
